Terms and Conditions

1. Fees paid by the student are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
2. The student cannot change the basic course for which they have enrolled. However upgrade, add-on, change of city, change of centre to the basic course is possible at a cost payable as per company policy.
3. Career Avenues is permitted to use the student’s photograph and name in the promotional material of the institute.
4. Career Avenues makes every effort to ensure that the material provided is correct and up to date. In case of any omissions, inaccuracies or incompleteness, please bring it to the notice of Career Avenues.
5. In case of any update in the course content made during the GATE academic session, Career Avenues reserves the right of re-distributing the changed course content in any form.
6. IMPORTANT NOTICE: All books, tests, questions and VDOs, are copyright of Career Avenues Publication and licensed to student for his personal GATE preparation. Do not photocopy, sell, or share these books etc. with friends/juniors. It is piracy and punishable under Copyright Act of India. The fine can be upto 100 times the cost of the course. Career Avenues content in any form: soft and hard copy is exclusively the copyright of Career Avenues and cannot be reproduced in any form.
7. The validity of all courses (VDOs, online, classes, postal) is only till the GATE exam date for which the student has enrolled.
8. You are required to send a copy of your GATE score card to Career Avenues as soon as you receive it.
9. Any damages to the material or GATE drive not working, etc should be bought to the notice of Career Avenues within 2 weeks of receipt of material by the student. Replacement cost beyond 2 weeks is Rs. 2000
